Board Shop will celebrate its 6 year anniversary as an online retailer of
skateboards, surfboards, snowboards and accessories. First established by company
President Dan Pankratz in 2000, http://www.OneWayBoardShop.com has grown to focus on
providing a wide range of quality brands coupled with impeccable customer service.

In 2002 Dan and twin brother Dave moved from San Diego to open the first brick and
mortar One Way Board Shop in Santa Maria, California. In November of 2005, Dan and
Dave opened a second store in Ventura which, in addition to their online storefront,
has kept the company and vision growing ever since. In addition to providing the
community at large with great prices and services, One Way Board Shop is proud to
sponsor several Christian Skater and Surfer organizations, and continues to enrich
neighborhood events across the country with skate contests, demos, and participation
in multiple youth fundraising events.

The One Way Board Shop team will be attending the Spirit West Coast festival in
Monterey, California from August 3rd to the 5th. The Spirit West Coast Festivals are
the only multiple day festivals in the South Western United States. In 2006 the
Monterey festival will be celebrating its 10th year anniversary, and most insiders
claim that it is the best Christian Rock forum the country has to offer.

America's Christian Music Showcase (ACMS) has announced that their 2006 California
talent showcase will be held at the Spirit West Coast festival in Monterey. ACMS is
a combination talent search, regional independent artist showcase and music career
workshop - all combined into one three day event. The festival includes well over 40
different performers consisting of music groups, artists and comedians. The event
headliners this year include the Newsboys and Casting Crowns. The festival also
includes an interactive skate park on the grounds where visitors can meet the many
friendly faces of One Way Board Shop.
